New from the Heringers
Well this year has been to say the least unusual, a new high for gas prices and then a record drop in gas prices. Here in Kentucky the gas situation has improved in the last few weeks.
(This is Lady right after we got her)
Tom’s health has been up and down this year, between a sprained ankle and diabetes he has had enough. Cyndi was diagnosed with a cyst on her spine, but the doctor does not want to operate because it could cause more problems then it would help. Also it is thought that the cyst would go away on its own, which we think it did, although she is still sleeping in a recliner.
We have adopted a new dog to replace our much loved “Baby”, her name is Lady Girl and she is a handful. We got her when she was three months old and she is now six months. She looks a lot like one of the dogs in Homeward Bound, the one that Michael J. Fox provided the voice over for.
We have had very few real hot days this summer, but were made up for by being on the humid side.
Hurricane Hanna hit the Florida area where Cyndi’s aunt lives, but everything turned out OK!

Larry is having “teen” problems it seems that they are in such a big hurry to grow up, that they forget to enjoy the moment of being young. Please keep him and his family in prayer.
Samantha is back in school and spent her birthday this year with Tim in San Diego, CA.
Peter is still working for Kroger’s and notices that the teens who are working with him have no pride in the quality of their work.
If you have any news, pictures or articles to submit please let us know. This includes birth announcements, weddings and anniversaries.
Hopefully we will be able to get back to you next month until then God Bless!
