We will be integrating this with this site as we go along. Please join and participate in our family tree site.

Newsletter

By now most of you who are members of our site have received our new newsletter. It is planned to email a newsletter each month, by the 20th of each month. The next newsletter is scheduled for February 20, if you have news that you would like included on our newsletter have it to me by February 15. If you would like to add a name to the list let me know. If you would like to include your name on the list all you need to do is register. Then check the box for the newsletter.

Charles Brindupky--The Tulibee

I have collected several items about the USS Tulibee and placed it on its own page at along with this picture is all the available information that I have been able to gather. If you get this picture enlarged you can see some one leaning over the side rail near the couning tower of the could this be Charles Brindupky? Tullibee .

J. Newells grandson

A good friend of mine from my days at Western Baptist Bible College has a grandson (Logan) with an inoperable brain tumor. John Newell passed away earlier this year and his friendship will be missed. He is now present with the Lord, but absent from the body. We are praying for his family. They are now administering chemo therapy (to try and reduce the brain tumor) to him. At present he is stable, but has balance problems. The following YouTube is about him:

John and Gertja Heringa immigrated to the Sacramento, California area in 1868 (view our map on the bottom left for our state and for the Netherlands), for more information visit our history page or go to Heringer Estates-Generations. The Heringers have been deeply involved in farming the Sacramento Valley for over a 140 years. Joseph Heringa descendents are now farming in the Clarksburg, California area you can find out about their farming operation at the above link. We are building a comprehensive family tree @ The Heringer Tribe. The password for Tribal Pages is Larry Heringer Sr. birthplace all lowercase no spaces.
