Some very interesting things have happened since our last newsletter. Tom has been diagnosed with kidney stones. Now I know why dad seemed to be in such excruciating pain. The CAT scan found them on both sides. Now not only do I have to limit my intake of fat and sugar, but calcium as well. This diet sucks all the good things I use to like I can not have. This leaves only the things that I do not like. I have the letter that dad sent to all of us in 1973 or 74.
Cyndi is still experiencing a lot of pain, but this time it is in her hands. The last flare up of arthritis was so bad that any movement of her hand hurt. The doctor put her on steriods and it seemed to help, but you can not take them all the time. It seems that most of her problems have to do with nerves. We are looking into some way that we can have an excersize program.
Peter is looking forward to an oppurtunity to become a department manager in his store. The man that is the manager of the dairy section is going into the store management program. Peter found out that when he came back to the store, he and the man that got the grocery managers job were the only ones to apply.
Samanthas husband Tim is traveling a lot. Visit times website sometime: http://web.mac.com/eodtim69/iWeb/Site/Welcome.html he gets around a lot.
Larry and April are busy with kids and work
Tommy is doing well in California. Any of you when you are in the area can call on him.
